Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Hyderabad. The Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales training sessions, developing training materials, and enhancing the overall sales skills of the team. Additional day-to-day tasks include presenting training programs, analyzing training needs, supporting team development, and improving customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Presentation Skills, Communication skills
• Experience in conducting Sales Trainings and Training & Development sessions
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the finance industry is a plus
