Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging sales training sessions (classroom, virtual, and on-the-job)
Evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics
Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs and skill gaps
Develop training materials, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments
Coach and mentor sales team members to improve skills and product knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into training strategies

Requirements:

Proven experience (38 years) as a Sales Trainer or in a sales enablement role
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills
Ability to create and adapt training content for different audiences
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
