As a Sales Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training modules on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning. You will conduct workshops on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management while assessing training needs through performance analysis and feedback from sales managers. Providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to sales teams in the field will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will create engaging training materials such as presentations, videos, and e-learning modules tailored for consumer durables, updating content regularly based on market trends and product launches. You will measure training effectiveness using KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and prepare reports while recommending improvements to training programs. Collaboration with product teams, marketing, and regional sales managers to align training with business objectives will also be crucial. Qualifications & Skills: - 3-6 years of experience in sales training, preferably in consumer durables or FMCG. - Strong knowledge of sales processes and retail distribution channels. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to design and deliver both classroom and digital training programs. - Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.
