Job Description

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Trainee to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will support the end-to-end sales process, including cold calling, lead generation, and customer communication, while learning and developing core sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct cold calling to identify and qualify potential leads.
Assist in lead generation through research, outreach, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
Understand company products/services to effectively communicate value to prospects.
Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for senior sales executives.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations.
Follow up with prospects to maintain engagement and build potential pipelines.
Learn and adhere to sales processes, targets, and KPIs.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Confidence in making outbound calls.Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.Good research and data-handling ability.Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or currently pursuing final year, if applicable).
