Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainee located in Indore. The Sales Trainee will be responsible for assisting in sales operations, managing customer inquiries, learning sales techniques, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients, conducting property tours, maintaining sales records, and participating in sales training sessions to develop skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to participate in and learn from Training sessions
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Indore
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
