Sales Trainee

We are looking for energetic and approachable Sales Trainees to support our on-ground market activation campaigns. Your primary role will be to engage with the public, distribute promotional gift vouchers, and collect qualified leads for our products/services. This is a great entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market outreach activities in public spaces such as malls, commercial hubs, residential areas, and events.
• Distribute branded gift vouchers and explain the benefits to potential customers.
• Engage with walk-ins, passersby, and target audiences to generate interest.
• Collect contact information and customer details through physical or digital lead forms.
• Ensure lead data is accurate, complete, and submitted daily to the team.
• Represent the brand positively and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Support the team during promotional drives and special campaigns.
• Coordinate with team leaders to plan and execute activation schedules effectively.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or student (BBA, B.Com, or any discipline)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
• Ability to approach and converse with strangers comfortably
• Must be willing to work outdoors and during flexible hours
• Basic understanding of smartphones or digital lead forms
• Prior experience in promotional work or customer-facing roles is a plus

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
