Job Description

Sales Tech Delivery Manager

ground-level sales experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Real life experience of working as at the level of RSM/ASM/TM etc..
  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of sales & marketing digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Drive digital transformation projects focusing on efficiency, productivity, and business impact.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Implement and manage

    Sales Technology platforms

    such as

    SFA and Distributor Management Systems

    , ensuring scalability and adoption.
  • Review project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Provide insights, dashboards, and presentations to communicate value and progress to senior leadership.
  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to ensure collaboration and business alignment.
  • Stay updated on emerging

    sales and marketing technologies

    to recommend innovative solutions for the FMCG sector.
  • Support training and change management for end-users to ensure adoption of new systems.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of overall IT & Digital experience.
  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in ground-level Sales & Marketing Technology solution implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of SFA, Distributor Management Systems, and related Sales & Marketing platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of implementing

    Sales & Marketing digital solutions

    in FMCG or related industries.
  • Exposure to CRM systems, mobile sales applications, and other digital tools for sales effectiveness.
  • Experience managing multi-functional projects with cross-team collaboration.

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong

    leadership and project management

    capabilities.
  • Excellent

    communication and presentation

    skills, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to

    collaborate effectively

    with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG environment.
