Job Title: Team Leader – Customer Service & Renewals

Shift: Day Shift (2 Rotational Off)
Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Above

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage our outbound customer service team with a focus on renewals and upselling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring quality interactions, and handling escalations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service executives.
• Manage outbound call flow of 100–150 calls per day.
• Oversee renewals and upselling activities to meet business targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback/coaching.
• Handle customer calls directly when required.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years on-paper experience as a Team Leader in outbound customer service.
• Experience in renewals and upselling will be an added advantage.
• Maximum total work experience: 6.5 years.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
