Sales Team Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Team Leader (Stock Market) with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of executives, guiding them in client acquisition, stock market advisory, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of stock market executives.
• Achieve team sales/revenue targets for equity, derivatives, and other investment products.
• Monitor and support team performance on daily activities (calls, client handling, conversions).
• Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to improve team productivity.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to maximize client acquisition and retention.
• Ensure compliance with all stock market regulations and company policies.
• Generate reports and present team performance to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Post Graduates in Finance/Commerce/Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in stock market advisory or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of equity, derivatives, and other financial instruments.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to work under pressure.
• NISM certification (Equity/Derivative) will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
