Job Description

The Field Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team of field sales executives to achieve assigned sales targets. The role involves field activity, team supervision, performance tracking, and ensuring high-quality customer acquisition. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Field Sales Executives Assign daily/weekly targets and monitor team performance Accompany team members on field visits and provide on-the-job coaching Drive sales through direct customer acquisition and territory coverage Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets Track attendance, productivity, and daily sales reports (DSR) Handle escalations and support team in closing deals Coordinate with backend, operations, and management teams Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights
