Job Description

You will be responsible for hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of the sales team. Direct and schedule the activities of team employees to ensure proper staffing at all times. Greet each customer promptly and implement a prospect tracking and follow-up system. Assist salespeople in closing deals when necessary. Communicate with the sales team to ensure dealership policies and procedures are followed. Conduct sales training meetings as directed by the general sales manager. Set realistic monthly goals for team members and provide necessary support to achieve them. Develop improvement programs for team members who are struggling to meet their objectives. Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating among team members. Recommend dismissal for salespersons failing to meet dealership standards. Contact new owners within 24 hours of delivery to address any concerns or complaints. Stay updated on and comply with federal, state, and local regulations related to vehicle sales. Maintain a professional appearance and attend sales meetings. Perform other tasks as assigned. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The compensation package includes a performance bonus and yearly bonus. The work schedule is day shift and the work location is in person.,
