Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Team Leader located in Kochi. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing and guiding the sales team, executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring team performance, providing training and support, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

Min 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Team Leader role
Team Management and Communication skills
Customer Service and Sales skills
Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities
Proven experience in a sales leadership role
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
