Sales Team Leader

Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to guide and mentor a team of sales executives. While prior experience in credit card or financial product sales is preferable, the role emphasizes team leadership, performance management, and operational excellence. Experience: 3–6 years Key Responsibilities: Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve set targets and maintain high productivity. Bring their own sales team or build a new team here in coordination with the HR department. Bring and manage their own client database to drive sales growth. Coach and mentor team members on sales techniques, client handling, and professional growth. Monitor team performance, track metrics, and prepare performance reports for management. Allocate tasks and leads efficiently, ensuring follow-ups and timely closure. Handle escalated client issues and support the team in resolving challenges. Motivate the team and maintain a positive, result-driven work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any field. Prior experience in credit card or financial product sales is preferable. Proven leadership or team management experience preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills. Analytical and target-oriented mindset. Familiarity with reporting tools and CRM systems is a plus.
