Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader with strong expertise in Project Sales, preferably in ELV solutions such as CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, PA Systems, and related security products. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with partners, consultants, and end users across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, or ELV solutions.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage complete business relationships with system integrators, consultants, channel partners, and end users until order finalization.
  • Build strong team synergy to meet organizational revenue objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new solution partners to expand business opportunities.
  • Ensure complete geographical coverage by onboarding new partners across assigned regions and segmented cities.
  • Drive partner engagement programs to strengthen dealer/channel partner networks across India.
  • Collaborate with MEP & PMC consultants to build strong project pipelines and ensure visibility in upcoming projects.
  • Conduct visits (minimum 8–12 days per month) outside Ahmedabad for partner and client meetings.
  • Provide leadership through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and submit timely sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience: 7–10 Years in Sales (ELV preferred)
  • Skills: Excellent communication & presentation skills, Strong negotiation & closing ability, Leadership & team management, Ownership mindset with a strong “Can-Do” attitude, Problem-solving & decision-making skills
