Job Description

Job Opening: Team Leader – Sales

Company: Acres N Makers Developers
Industry: Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the telesales team
  • Assign daily calling targets and monitor team performance
  • Handle high-quality leads and key clients
  • Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads into site visits
  • Train telesales executives on property knowledge and sales scripts
  • Maintain sales reports and daily MIS
  • Coordinate with site sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in real estate telesales/sales (TL experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
  • Basic knowledge of CRM, lead management, and reporting

Additional Preference:

  • Own two-wheeler/vehicle will be an added advantage

Location: Dehradun
