Specializing in residential markets located in Thane, Powai, and Kanjurmarg, our company aims to cater to the diverse needs of our valued customers. As a Sales Team Lead based in Thane, you will undertake a full-time on-site role that involves overseeing a team, delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing sales data, maintaining effective communication channels, and spearheading daily sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass team management, customer service excellence, sales analysis, communication proficiency, and proactive sales drive on a regular basis. To excel in this role, you are expected to possess strong analytical skills for sales data interpretation, adept team management capabilities, excellent customer service acumen, effective communication skills, and a flair for driving sales targets. While prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field will be beneficial for this position.
