About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional sales execution and planning
  • Drive business volume through strategic partner acquisition
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing team of on-roll members
  • Optimize sales funnel and improve productivity KPIs
  • Conduct regular market visits and track ground performance
  • Provide critical feedback on pricing, competition, and market dynamics
  • Ensure high revenue realization and client satisfaction

What You Bring:

  • 5–10 years of experience in sales/BD roles (preferably B2B or hospitality/travel)
  • Minimum 2–3 years in a people management role
  • Strong analytical mindset with goal-driven execution
  • Excellent stakeholder handling and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for growth
  • Strong local market knowledge is a plus
