Sales Team Lead

As an integral member of our Tax Compliance Software Business Function team, you will play a crucial role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the business of Tax Filing applications, with a focus on engaging with Chartered Accountants, Corporates, and Enterprises to understand their Tax filing requirements such as Income Tax, TDS, and GST. To excel in this role, you should possess strong skills in Team Management, Lead Generation, Sales Strategy, Inside Sales, Tele Sales, IT Product Sales, Sales, and Business Development. A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales is required to ensure success in this dynamic position. We are looking for individuals with a proactive and target-oriented mindset, characterized by a go-getter approach and a street-smart attitude. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, possess basic computer knowledge, and be proficient in regional or local languages. Exceptional negotiation skills, coupled with excellent communication abilities in both Hindi and English, are essential for effectively engaging with clients and achieving revenue targets.
