Overview:

As a Sales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our sales team by providing leadership, guidance, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will be responsible for managing a team of BD, fostering a culture of high performance, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent sales acumen, and a passion for motivating and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strong leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics.

2. Manage and coach a team of sales representatives, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development.

3. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve sales targets.

4. Monitor and analyze sales pipeline and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

6. Collaborate with sales management to forecast sales volumes, revenue projections, and resource allocation.

7. Track individual and team performance against sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.

8.Coordinate sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, including product training, sales techniques, and objection handling.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

10. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts and support overall business objectives.

11. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals to senior management.

12. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, tools, and resources to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

13. Compliance: Ensure that sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
