Arivihan Technologies, an AI based Ed-Tech platform, is looking for an energetic and focused Sales Team Leader to lead our on-site counseling and conversion team. You'll be managing a team responsible for guiding Class 11th & 12th board exam students toward the right learning programs.
✅ Lead and mentor a team of academic counselors focused on Class 11 & 12 board students
✅ Drive daily call volume, follow-ups, and conversions to meet enrollment goals
✅ Conduct training, performance reviews, and support team in critical counseling calls
✅ Coordinate with marketing for lead generation and campaign execution
✅ Ensure accurate CRM usage and maintain sales reports
3+ years of experience in sales or team leadership, preferably in the ed-tech sector
Strong communication and team management skills
Performance-driven mindset and ability to motivate teams
Understanding of Class 11th & 12th board exam students' academic needs is a plus
