Sales Support Specialist

As a Sales Support Engineer in the Large Motors Division located in Vadodara, Gujarat, your primary role will involve providing technical support to the Sales organization and customers during the proposal process. Your responsibilities will include crafting technical descriptions of products, determining costs, finalizing documentation, and acting as a key technical expert in your designated area. You will be expected to offer technical guidance and solutions to customers, channels, and Sales Specialists on product applications, systems, and inquiries. Conducting analytical studies to identify optimal technical solutions for customer needs, resolving complex inquiries, and nurturing new sales opportunities are crucial aspects of this role. Achieving targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) while addressing customer issues and ensuring profitable growth across product groups and territories will be key priorities. To excel in this position, you should hold a BE in Electrical Engineering and possess 3 to 10 years of experience in Sales Support or similar roles. Industry exposure to handling rotating Medium Voltage (MV) & High Voltage (HV) machines, particularly HT Motors, is preferred. A robust understanding of Large Motors and Generators is essential for success in this role. Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are vital for this role. This is a full-time position scheduled from Monday to Friday, requiring in-person work at the Vadodara location.
