Title Sales Support Specialist

The Sales Support Engineer in the Large Motors Division based in Vadodara, Gujarat will play a crucial role in supporting the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process. You will be responsible for preparing technical descriptions of applied products and technology, determining costs, finalizing documentation, and serving as a key technical resource for the assigned area. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical advice and solutions to inquiries from customers, channels, and Sales Specialists, performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine optimal technical solutions, developing new sales opportunities, resolving customer problems, and ensuring the achievement of budget goals and targets across all assigned product groups and territories. To qualify for this role, you must hold a BE in Electrical Engineering with 3 to 10 years of experience in Sales Support, backend sales, or related roles. Industry exposure in handling rotating Medium Voltage (MV) & High Voltage (HV) machines, preferably HT Motors, as well as a strong understanding of Large Motors and Generators are essential. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are also required. This is a full-time position with a work schedule from Monday to Friday.
