Job Description

As a Software Support & Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to clients and engaging in sales activities to drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing first-level technical support to clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, or chat. - Troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues to ensure smooth customer experience. - Guiding clients on system setup, usage, and best practices for optimal performance. - Logging and tracking support tickets, escalating complex issues to the development team when necessary. - Conducting remote training sessions and demos to onboard new users effectively. In terms of sales and customer engagement, you will be expected to: - Respond to inbound leads and inquiries promptly to address customer needs. - Conduct product demos to showcase software solutions to potential customers. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions to meet their needs. - Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless transition for them. - Follow up with leads and existing customers to explore upselling opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a technical background being preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in software support, customer service, or sales roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients. - Basic understanding of software applications or CRM tools. - Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks effectively. - Fluency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of additional languages considered a plus. This is a full-time position located in Janakpuri, Delhi, with benefits including health insurance and a compensation package that includes a yearly bonus. The job requires working during day shifts or morning shifts as needed. Your education level should be at least a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in English is essential for this role.
