Sales Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure order processing and delivery.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Support sales executives during client meetings and calls by arranging documents and follow-up activities.
• Track and monitor pending orders, payments, and customer requests.
• Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues or escalating when required.
• Assist with organizing promotional activities, events, and sales campaigns.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales department.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of sales processes is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
