Job Summary:

The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth coordination with clients, preparing sales documents, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and agreements.

• Maintain and update customer databases, CRM, and sales records.

• Coordinate with clients for order follow-ups, queries, and support requirements.
• Monitor sales orders, deliveries, and payment status to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking documents for management review.
• Liaise with internal departments (accounts, logistics, production, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the sales team in lead generation activities and follow-ups.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.

• Provide administrative support to the sales department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
