Job Title: AccountantDepartment: Finance/AccountingReports To: DirectorLocation: Andheri, Mumbai Maharashtra.Employment Type: Full-TimeCompany Name: SIMBOTT TECHNOLOGIES LLP Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the overall financial health of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring records are accurate and taxes are paid properly and on time.Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate journal entries.Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial plans.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.Support month-end and year-end close processes.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Must have Experience in GST ,TDS,& Tally.Client payment follow up is important. Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) is preferred.Proven experience (typically 2–5 years) as an accountant or in a similar role.Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.High level of integrity and attention to detail. Desirable Attributes:Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Experience with tax filings and statutory reporting.
