Sales Support Executive

Telesales & Lead Management: Proactively engage with potential customers via outbound calls (cold and warm) to introduce products/services and generate sales leads. Conduct follow-up calls with existing clients to encourage repeat sales, introduce new products, and build long-term relationships. Utilize pre-determined scripts and talking points while also demonstrating the ability to improvise and adapt to customer needs. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs). Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions and effectively close sales over the phone. Qualify leads and, where necessary, direct high-potential prospects to the Field Sales team for further engagement. Sales Support & Administration: Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information, sales activity, and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Process customer orders, prepare sales agreements, and manage documentation with a high degree of accuracy. Prepare and present regular sales activity reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Assist in the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and presentations as needed by the sales team. Liaise with other departments (e.g., Finance, Shipping, Customer Service) to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery of products/services and resolution of sales-related issues. Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer queries, objections, and grievances in a professional and calm manner to maintain high customer satisfaction and preserve the company's reputation. Provide detailed product and service information, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
