Sales Support Executive

Frokme is hiring for a client which is a retail industry.

Note - Hindi speaking mandatory

Job Purpose:

To provide essential support to the sales team by managing sales operations, customer

relationship systems, and communication processes. The role ensures smooth backend

functioning, accurate reporting, and effective follow-up to help the sales team meet their targets.

Job Specification:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, orTrade Marketing.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English & Hindi is Mandatory

Key Responsibilities & Accountability:

• Assist the National Sales Manager with day-to-day sales coordination tasks.

• Handle regular follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders for execution of sales

activities.

• Ensure timely and accurate updates of CRM tools and sales software such as SFA (Sales

Force Automation).

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support decision-making and performance reviews.

• Present sales data, trends, and insights for monthly/quarterly reviews.

• Support the trade marketing team with execution-related coordination and field data

consolidation.

• Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English across all levels.

• Ensure timely tracking of sales fundamentals like VBS (Visibility Based Selling), RBS

(Range Based Selling), etc.

• Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely resolution of field queries and process

adherence.
