Job Description

Job Title: Sales Support Executive

Provide end-of-end support to the sales team for order processing and client coordination.
Handle
sales order creation, invoicing, and dispatch tracking
through
SAP
.
Coordinate with internal departments like logistics, accounts, and production for smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare and send
quotations, sales proposals
, and follow up with clients.
Maintain and update customer and sales data in the system.
Assist in resolving customer queries related to orders, delivery, or documentation.
Support in managing
client communications
and relationship-building activities.
Prepare regular sales reports, trackers, and MIS for internal review.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and filing all sales-related information.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background:
B. Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
Experience:
35 years in a Sales Support
Systems Knowledge:
Hands-on experience with
SAP
(SD module preferred)
Skills:

Strong verbal and written
communication skills
Proficient in
MS Office
(especially Excel and Word)
Good organizational and coordination skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution industries
Familiarity with basic accounting and invoicing procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
