Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Engineer located in Mumbai. The Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to the sales team, assisting in customer inquiries, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining customer relationships. This role also involves coordinating with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products, handling customer complaints, and providing post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge in silicone and Viton rubber products and related applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales presentations and customer relationship management
• Experience in technical support and handling customer inquiries
• Ability to coordinate with production teams and manage timely deliveries
• Problem-solving skills and customer complaint handling
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
• Experience in the rubber manufacturing industry is a plus
