This role requires the ability to work in US shifts, with added benefits like accommodation (bachelor sharing basis) and cab facilities. Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for both technical and non-technical positions. Source candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, etc.). Conduct initial interviews and screenings to shortlist candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and draft job descriptions. Provide timely feedback to both candidates and hiring managers. Maintain a smooth flow of communication and tracking of the recruitment process. Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in recruitment (technical or non-technical). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
