Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong backend development expertise, hands-on experience in React Native for mobile apps, and proficiency in MongoDB. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, as well as building high-performance cross-platform mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using [Node.js/Express/NestJS or other backend framework].
Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
Integrate frontend and backend systems seamlessly.
Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and manage data in MongoDB.
Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Proven experience with backend development using Node.js (Express.js or NestJS preferred).
Hands-on experience with React Native for mobile app development.
Expertise in MongoDB (data modeling, aggregation pipelines, indexing).
Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
Experience with version control (Git/GitHub).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of cloud hosting and deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Good understanding of software security principles.
