Sales Support Engineer

As a Sales Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales engineer by preparing offers and following up with clients through telephone and email communications. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely follow-ups on all submitted offers and addressing any technical queries that may arise during the sales process. Additionally, you will be required to maintain continuous communication with customers to secure purchase orders and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum educational background of B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, or Mechatronics. It is preferred to have 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Support Engineer in the HVAC & R or Industrial Automation industry specifically in Chennai.
