Role Summary:

The Sales Support Engineer plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the sales and technical teams. They are responsible for preparing customized business proposals, offering pre-sales technical assistance, and ensuring client requirements are accurately translated into viable solutions. This role supports the sales team in closing deals by providing technical validation and documentation support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations.
• Analyze client requirements and recommend technically viable solutions aligned with their applications.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed technical explanations.
• Prepare and review RFPs, RFQs, and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with technical specs and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, and product teams to validate solution feasibility and custom configuration requirements.
• Provide technical support and clarifications to clients during the pre-sales and post-proposal stages, including integration guidance and documentation.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background in engineering (electrical/electronics preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales support or applications engineering.
• Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of battery systems, EV components, or industrial electronics is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
