Job Location: Pune & Akola

Job Role & Responsibilities

Handling customer/distributors queries/complaints over email/phone.
Maintaining SIP/ Daily sales report.
Handling new empanelments.
Follow up for hold/rejected investment applications.
Accepting, Scrutinizing and Time Stamping of Commercial Transaction Requests (Purchase, Redemption, Switches, SIPs, SWPs, STPs, etc.)
Processing of Non-Commercial Transactions.
Time management for different transactions according to regulatory cut-offs.
Generation of Account Statements for Investors and Brokers.
Maintaining Daily and Monthly MIS Reports of all Commercial and Non-Commercial Transactions, KYCs, Emails sent, Phone Calls, Investor Walk-Ins, NFO data, Time Stamp Machine Records, etc.)
Confirming receipt of credits in the bank.
Issuing month end balance confirmation letters.
Comply with audit and regulatory laws.

Job Requirement

Good Excel skills
Experience in handling investors queries.
Basic understanding of Mutual Fund.
Good command over English (Verbal & Written)
Ability to co-ordinate, develop rapport and get work done from cross functional teams.
Must be able to work with tight deadlines.

NISM VA certificate candidate will be preferred.
