Job Description

We are hiring Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives & Pilot Salesman for our rapidly growing FMCG business across various cities (Lucknow, Varanasi & Prayagraj). If you have a passion for sales, distribution, and building market presence we welcome you to apply.

Sales Supervisor:

Team Leadership
Supervise Sales Performance of overall territory operations and ensure primary & secondary sales growth.
Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
Market Analysis
Inventory Management
Handle distributor onboarding, performance, and logistics coordination.

Sales Representative:

Visit retail shops regularly and take orders.
Ensure product availability and visibility in stores.
Develop strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Report daily market activity to the Sales Supervisor/Officer/Senior.

Pilot Salesman:

Visit retail outlets as per beat plan to promote and sell company products.
Generate orders from retailers and ensure product availability.
Achieve daily/weekly sales targets assigned by distributor/management.
Ensure product display and visibility at retail counters.
Build and maintain good relationships with retailers.
Collect market feedback and report to Sales Representative/Senior.
