Job Description

As a Sales Consultant based in Gurgaon with a hybrid work model of office and work from home, you will be responsible for formulating and executing account strategies to drive the company's growth objectives in global markets such as the US and EU. Your primary focus will be on running targeted sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities with both new and existing accounts, particularly for market intelligence, procurement intelligence, and analytics services. Maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service will be key to ensuring customer loyalty. Your day-to-day tasks will involve sourcing leads, networking with prospects, and managing the sales pipeline effectively. You will be required to tailor custom pitches according to client profiles, schedule meetings, and engage in communication with C-suite executives, Heads, Directors, and other key stakeholders. Collaborating closely with the business operations team, you will oversee the development of proposals and guide the account management process to meet client requirements effectively. In addition to your responsibilities, we are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of B2B international sales experience, specifically focusing on the US and European markets, with a strong background in custom market research and analytics solutions. A proven track record of revenue growth and managing senior client relationships is essential. Your entrepreneurial drive, ability to achieve ambitious goals in a dynamic environment, and strong understanding of market research methodologies will be highly valued in this role. Key qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and business acumen. The ability to draft proposals, respond to RFPs, work efficiently under pressure, and meet targets consistently are also crucial for success in this position. Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage to excel in this role.
