Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling Surgical and Pharma products. Your duties will include identifying and approaching potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing product information and demonstrations, achieving sales targets, and contributing to company growth. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of Surgical and Pharma products within the designated area - Implement sales strategies - Supervise and support a team of sales representatives - Foster relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, and pharmacies - Conduct market research - Provide product training and support - Monitor competitor activities - Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales and customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - 1 to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing - Key skills including Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Executive, B2B Sales Executive, Medical Sales Executive, Pharma Sales, and Surgical - Other Bachelor Degree *Note: The salary for this position ranges from 2 Lac 50 Thousand to 3 Lac 75 Thousand per annum.
