Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Staff located in Jaipur. Responsibilities include promoting and selling our range of aluminum door and window systems, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations and proposals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Staff will collaborate with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction and will handle post-sales support.

Qualifications

• Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
• Market Research and Sales Strategy skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
