Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Staff at Orgicon Agrotech Pvt. Ltd., located in Ahmednagar. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as identifying and reaching out to potential customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, building sales strategies, and promoting Orgicon's organic fertilizers. The Sales Staff will be required to meet sales targets, provide product information, and attend sales meetings, with some work from home acceptable.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing skills, including building customer relationships and meeting sales targets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Knowledge of organic fertilizers and sustainable agricultural practices is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Agriculture, or related field
