Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Staff, located in Jaipur. The Sales Staff will be responsible for promoting and selling our aluminium door and window systems, maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating sales terms, and managing post-sale follow-ups. This role requires close collaboration with other team members and departments to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish. Qualifications Sales and communication skills, including client relationship management Knowledge of aluminium door and window systems and construction materials Customer service experience and ability to provide after-sales support Organizational and time management skills Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
