Sales Staff

You will be working as a Sales Executive at Shiva Furniture & Air Cooler, a prominent manufacturer and retailer in Western Odisha specializing in modular furniture and air coolers. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting the company's products through on-ground activities like visiting schools, colleges, showrooms, offices, and retail outlets. Your duties will involve lead generation, client relationship building, and collaboration with the marketing and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: - Visit various establishments such as schools, colleges, showrooms, and offices to showcase Shiva Furniture & Air Coolers. - Generate and diligently follow up on sales leads by conducting field visits and personal meetings. - Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at potential client locations. - Distribute brochures, display product samples when necessary, and elucidate product features to potential customers. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing. - Offer feedback gathered from the field to enhance product and service offerings. - Maintain detailed records of daily visits, generated leads, and customer interactions. Qualifications Required: - Minimum educational qualification of 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate in any stream. - Proficient in Hindi and Odia with strong communication and persuasion skills; familiarity with English is an added advantage. - Willingness to engage in local travel within Sambalpur and nearby areas. - Should possess traits like high energy levels, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.,
