The Sales Staff will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the company's innovative agricultural products and solutions. The role involves market research, creating sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. This individual will also stay updated on market trends to identify business opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Sales and business development skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and sales strategy implementation. Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and tailor solutions to customer needs. Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices, including bio-fertilizers, bio-pesticides, and organic solutions, is an advantage. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a remote setting. Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in agriculture, sales, or a related field is a plus.
