Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist, located in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new sales leads, maintaining relationships with existing customers, managing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and training new sales team members. Daily tasks also include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor new Sales team members
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Experience in the hardware fittings industry is a MUST
