Job Summary

Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the end-to-end sales process

• Conduct

  to potential clients, showcasing VBS's BIM services and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including

  marketing, technical, and project teams

  , to customize BIM solutions that address client needs.

• Negotiate contracts and service terms

  , ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
• Monitor and analyze

  market trends, competitor activities

  , and client feedback to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Mentor and guide

  junior business development executives

  , sharing best practices, training, and supporting their professional growth.
• Provide

Skills & Competencies

• 3-5 years of experience

  in

  business development or sales

  within the

  AEC BIM industry
