Role Description This is an internship role for a Sales Specialist based in Patna, with the flexibility of some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, delivering excellent customer service, and managing sales processes. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will assist in training new team members and contributing to overall sales strategies. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to conduct Training sessions for new team members Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team Previous experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
