Job duties & responsibilities: 1. Responsible for direct marketing of company products and doing one to one visit at the customer’s office. 2. To conduct cold calls to prospective customers 3. Conduct cold visits in and around Nashik city to prospective customer base 4. Follow up with customers where leads have been generated through various means of marketing. 5. Giving quotations to interested customers. 6. To give demo of products to new customers. 7. Visit existing customers and follow-up for subscription renewals. 8. Lead generation from existing customers. 9. Conducting meetings with customers and responsible for sales conversions 10. During sales conversation, asking for help from management wherever required. 11. To conduct follow-up for recovery of outstanding amount through telecalling and/or conducting physical visits. 12. Software installation on location and giving training to customers about the same if required. 13. Responsible for giving after sales support to customers. 14. If any customization is required at the end of customers, then getting it done from the office software customization staff. 15. Doing timely customer satisfaction surveys and taking feedbacks from the customers about the organizations services and the quality of products 16. Maintaining excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service 17. Prepare and submit work summary reports to management on weekly/monthly basis.
