Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement targeted sales strategies to engage and expand relationships with Enterprise and SMB clients
• Proactively prospect and build a strong sales pipeline through multiple channels and existing client relationships, particularly within HR departments of enterprises and startups
• Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure, focusing onenterprise-level opportunities
• Leverage deep knowledge of HRMS/HRIS/payroll solutions and industry-specific challenges to position as the preferred HR technology partner
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with key clients and strategic stakeholders to drive long-term revenue
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging HR technology innovations to identify new sales opportunities
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports with data-driven insights on pipeline health and performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to support sales initiatives
• Represent at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and pipeline development

Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on HRMS/HRIS/payroll solutions
• Proven success in managing and growing client relationships with HR leaders, including
• experience working with enterprise and unicorn startup clients
• Strong understanding of Indias HR/payroll compliance and employee lifecycle workflows
• Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales cycles and close enterprise deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets
