Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist at SSA, located in Bokaro. Some work from home is acceptable. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. The role involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will provide customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The role also includes training and mentoring new sales team members and assisting the Sales Manager in developing sales strategies and plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targets
• Experience in Training new team members
• Sales Management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
