Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist in Medical Device Diagnostics & Laboratories based in New Delhi, with the flexibility of some work from home. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting product presentations, closing sales, providing training and support to clients, and collaborating with the sales management team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales skills and experience in closing deals
• Experience in Training clients on product usage
• Sales Management experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
